YAP Yasamal district organization is holding competitions on volleyball (boys and girls), chess and draughts (boys and girls) on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of New Azerbaijan Party. In the competition held among the boys at the Sport Complex of Baku Business University on table-tennis AZTELECOM IB took the first place, Azerbaijan State Engineering University the second place, the sportsmen of Baku Underground the third place.

 On the 25th of December, in 2009 the Ceremony will be held at Baku Business University for the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis and for the coming of the New – 2010th year. Concerning to these holidays will be held university championship on different types of sports – volleyball, table - tennis, basketball, foothall, draught, and chess |

| On November 12–24, 2007 testing exams will be taken at the University for all courses |
| The joyful and witty team of the University named “Young Businessmen” will participate at the Republic Championship among higher-educational institutions on the basis of a joint project with “New Bakunians” club on “Space” channel |
